ポイント付与について
当社から機材のレンタルをご希望される場合は３つのレンタルから選択できます。
- 1 : 通常の ”RAIDレンタル”
- 2 : 当社からREDシステムをご購入いただいた方への “REDオーナーレンタル”
- 3 : RED Brainの購入を目的にした “REDトライアルレンタル”
① RAIDレンタル
当社所有商品のレンタル時に、“RAIDプールポイント”が貯まります。
RAIDプールポイントを貯める
レンタル金額100円につき10ポイント貯まります（還元率10%）
RAIDプールポイントを使う
１ポイント＝１円として商品購入、修理費用、レンタル費用に１ポイントよりご利用いただけます。
- 商品購入時：商品定価50%までポイント使用可能
- 修理費用使用時：修理費用全額までポイント使用可能
- レンタル使用時：レンタル価格全額までポイント使用可能

当社からご購入頂きましたREDオーナーへの特別価格レンタル
RAIDレンタルと同様に“RAIDプールポイント”が貯まります。

RED Brainの購入を目的にしたレンタルになります。
RED Brainのレンタル時に、“REDトライアルポイント”が貯まります。

レンタル金額100円につき100ポイント貯まります（還元率100%）
REDトライアルレンタルポイントを使う
１ポイント＝１円としてRED Brain購入時のみ、１ポイントよりご利用いただけます。
RED Brain購入時：RED Brain価格50%までポイント使用可能
※REDトライアルレンタルポイントの合算はできません

ご利用について
ご登録⽅法
初回のご利⽤の場合は、お貸出⽇の2営業⽇前までに、事前登録を完了していただく必要がございます。
必要書類をご⽤意の上、弊社までご来社またはご送付ください。必要書類は下記となります。
登録必要書類
- 写真付き⾝分証明書のコピー (ご担当者の運転免許証、パスポートなど)
- 会社概要 (書⾯ or データ or ホームページがあればそのURL)
※ 個⼈のお客様の場合は⾝分証明書のみをご提出ください。
※ ⽇本国籍以外の⽅は、⽇本国籍を持つ保証⼈が必要となります。
お⽀払⽅法
お取引の際は、現⾦ / 銀⾏振込 / クレジットカードのいずれかによる、前⾦でのお⽀払いのみとさせていただきます。
オーナーレンタル：弊社から当該製品をご購入頂いたオーナー様向け価格です。詳しくはお問い合わせください。
⽇数計算に関しまして
● 建込みは、0.5日計算とさせて頂きます。
※ 当社営業日 :月~金 (祝日を除く) レンタル営業時間 :11:00~18:00
機材のお引き取り、ご返却に関しまして
● 機材の受け渡しは、以下住所のRAID事務所にお越しください。

原則として、機材は以下時間帯での受け渡しとなります。
- 機材貸出：使⽤予定⽇の前⽇ 15:00 〜 18:00
- 機材返却：使⽤⽇の翌⽇ 11:00 〜 14:00
※ RAIDSHOPにはスタッフが常駐しておりません。予め具体的なお時間を弊社担当者とご相談ください。
※ ⼟⽇祝を除く弊社営業時間内でご対応いたします。
※ 配達サービスは⾏っておりません。地⽅発送の際はご相談ください。
機材発送に関しまして
● 機材発送に関わる費用に関しましては、お客様負担となります。また、発送時には十分な緩衝材にて機材に負担がかからぬよう、梱包をお願い致します。
機材破損、紛失に関しまして
● 万が一、機材の破損や紛失が発生した場合、修理や購入に関わる費用は、お客様負担となります。
また、貸出中での地震、津波、噴火、台風及び洪水等の自然災害等、または、盗難や第三者とのトラブルによる機材の破損、紛 失に関しましても、機材の破損、紛失があった場合は、復帰に関わる費用は別途請求させていただきます。
How to use
How to register
For the first time use, it is necessary for you to complete pre-registration at least 2 business days before the rental date.
Please come to our company or send it to us with the required documents. The required documents are as follows.
Required documents for registration
- Copy of ID certificate with photo (Driver’s license, passport, etc).
- Company Profile (documents or data or URL of a homepage)
※ If you are a freelancer, please submit only the ID certificate.
※ For those who with non-Japanese nationality, a guarantor with Japanese nationality is required.
How to pay
We will only accept advance payment by either cash/ bank transfer / credit card.
Owner Rental： This is the price for owners who purchased applicable products from our company. Please contact us for details.
About the calculation of days
● The day for setting will be calculated as 0.5 day.
※ Our business days :Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Rental opening hours :11:00~18:00
Pick up and return of equipment
● Please come to the RAID office at the following address to hand over rental equipment.

In principle, the equipment will be handed over at the following hours.
- Pickup：15:00-18:00 The day before the scheduled date of use
- Return：11:00-14:00 The day following the use date
※ Staff are not stationed at the RAIDSHOP. Please consult with our representative about specific time in advance.
※ We will respond during our business hours except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
※ We do not provide delivery services. Please contact us when shipping to local areas.
Shipment of equipment
● You will be responsible for any costs related to the shipment of the equipment.
Please pack the equipment with sufficient cushioning material at the time of shipment to avoid any impact.
Damage and loss to equipment
● In the event of damage or loss of equipment, the customer will be responsible for any repair or purchase costs.
Also, in the event of damage or loss of equipment due to natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, eruptions, typhoons and floods, or due to theft or trouble with third parties, the cost of restoration will be charged separately.
